Dispatch
Once we have received your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email and we'll send you another email when your order is on it’s way.
Sterling Silver orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 working days and Gold Vermeil orders in 3 to 4 working days. If this is not going to be possible we will contact you by email.
Orders received after 12pm (GMT) or on the weekend will be dispatched the next working day at the earliest.

We use tracked delivery services for all our UK deliveries, with our preferred courier partners being Royal Mail and Hermes (via Parcel2Go).

We charge a set amount for your delivery, no matter the size or value of your order.
Please note that orders will not be dispatched over weekends or UK bank holidays.
The delivery times stated for items that are currently in stock. We aim to keep the website up to date but in the event that your order will be delayed we'll let you know within 24 hours.
