When you're ready to complete your purchase choose your preferred payment method to continue. We’ll send you a confirmation email to let you know we've received your order and another email once your item is on it’s way!
Yes, if you contact us within an hour of placing the order it may be possible to amend your order.

We have a lovely gift card that we include in every order. If you'd like us to write a note to the recipient then please let us know in the 'Add a note to your order' section.

Returns & Exchange
We hope that all our Tiafi Jewellery customers will love their purchases but in the unlikely event that you need to return or exchange an item we operate a simple Returns & Exchange Policy.
If you are not completely satisfied, we ask that you return your Tiafi Jewellery item(s) in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition within 28 days after they are delivered.
Please email us at email@example.com or via our contact form within 14 days from delivery quoting your order number and we will email you with further instructions to complete your return.
All accepted returned items will need to be returned to us within 14 days and we will issue a refund directly to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the items, subject to the above terms & conditions.
The value of your items will be refunded in full, however it is down to the buyer to pay the costs of the return postage expect for faulty goods.
We always recommend using a tracked service to return your item to us, keeping hold of your tracking details until we’ve acknowledged receipt of your order as we cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in the return post.
For health and hygiene reasons, no refunds are available on earrings. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Items which have been damaged through misuse will not be refunded.
Personalised and made to order items or jewellery altered to a customer request are exempt from any refund or exchange.

From design to delivery we strive for only the very best, using timeless craftmenship and highest quality sustainable materials.
We have rigourous quality control checks in place before your order leaves our workshop.
In the unlikely event that there is a fault with your Tiafi Jewellery item, please email email@example.com or via our contact form including your order number and an image of your faulty item and we will advise how best we can assist you.
Faulty goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 12 months of purchase.
Any items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear is not classed as a manufacturing fault.
We'd prefer that you really loved your piece of Tiafi Jewellery, so we're happy to exchange items.

All Tiafi Jewellery pieces are designed and handcrafted in the UK from the highest quality recycled sterling silver and 18ct Vermeil Gold.
Gold vermeil jewellery is a much higher quality than regular plated jewellery.
Much of the gold plated jewellery you'll see will be covered by a thin layer of gold on top of mixed metals that may discolour or cause allergies.
Our gold vermeil jewellery is hand crafted in the highest quality recycled Sterling Silver and then coated in 2.5 micron thick 18ct gold.
This much thicker gold plating means our jewellery is much less likely to tarnish, meaning you can wear it for years and years.
Tiafi Jewellery is made from the highest quality 925 Sterling SIlver or Gold Vermeil, so is totally nickel-free and perfect for everyday wear.
